Board Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. 


Meetings are held at the Mary Wood Park House located at 120 E. 5th Ave .
Start time is typically 6:30pm in the offseason and 7:30pm during the season. 
All meetings are announced approximately 48 hours in advance and the time and location details are confirmed then.
