The league held its annual elections last week and are pleased to announce our 2019/20 board:

 

 

In addition, the following projects were approved for the 2019/20 season.  Each project has a board member assigned as a point person.  If you have interest in assisting with any of these projects please respond to this email or contact the league President, Scott English at [email protected].  Many of them will take more than one person to complete.  Any and all help is welcomed!

 

Capital Improvements - Fields
- Improve field conditions: Drainage, unevenness (obtain roller?), weed issues, etc
- Minors scoreboard replacement
- Fence repairs

Capital Improvements - Facilities
- Repair/replace equipment shed overhead door
- Convert the old snack stand into an office

Program Related
- Bring softball program back
- Revise pitching machine rules to help players progress better within the division of play
- Consider having players remain on the same team at each level of play

Community Related
- Increase the number and type of fundraisers
- Partner with the Phillies and/or Reading Phillies
- Expand upon Coaches vs Cancer initiative
